I had an exceptional experience at this storage facility. From the moment I walked in, the place was clean, well lit, and felt very secure. The units are spacious, climate controlled, and easy to access, which immediately put me at ease when storing my belongings.
The employees (Mataya & Randy) who helped me were absolutely amazing. Not only did they greet me warmly, but they took the time to walk me through the different unit sizes, explain the security features, and share helpful tips on how to best organize and store my items. Their knowledge and patience made the entire process smooth and stress free.
When I struggled to open my lock, they didn’t hesitate to come over and help. They were kind, professional, and genuinely seemed to care that I had a good experience.
Overall, the customer service, cleanliness, and security of this facility exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a reliable and well managed storage solution.

The process to get the forms ready, explain the terms and conditions was straight forward , easy, and Bobbi was exceptionally clear. I forgot to bring a lock but Bobbi had several affordable options available. Even though there was no paper map to find my unit I was able to help Bobbi get her steps in.
