Great customer service! Lady was helpful and showed multiple options and combinations to make most sense space and money wise. Only wish is that the thresholds at the entrance doors would be more smoother so that the carts wouldn’t jump over them hard so so that stuff wouldn’t fall of the carts. Otherwise great location.

Our experience with Attic Storage Aspen Creek has been nothing short of stellar! Upon arriving to the storage location two Saturdays ago, we were disheartened to see that the office was closed for a staff meeting/convention off campus. We had just reserved and paid for a 10x10 unit the day before and needed to return our rental truck by that evening. We had tried the entry code we were provided in the detailed introduction email with no luck. We called and left a voicemail with dwindling hope that it would even be received that day. We were then shocked to receive a prompt return phone call from Kindle (whom was out of state at the time) not even five minutes later. She was able to help us gain entry to the facility and provided verbal instructions on how to find our unit. The "move-in" was super smooth as they had several hand carts to help with the unloading/loading process. Being able to back into their larger loading bay area was also extremely helpful. The storage hallways and unit were nice and clean. Would highly recommend this facility for your storage needs!
